Our company was founded since 2005, We now occupy 3500 sq ft of workshop space and continued investment in our business means that we are now able to carry out every aspect of frame building and bicycle production from design through to tig-welding, sand blasting, painting and finishing on the premises. This gives us total control over all the various production processes and allows us to produce frames of the highest quality lovingly handcrafted from titanium. In addition we offer a full bike building service, bikefitting, wheel building and frame repairs plus general servicing.

Our Team has a permanent focus on improving our craftsmanship and quality assurance .The design is the outcome of years of expertise in producing titanium bike frames to produce a brilliant riding experience.

Building for the future

Waltly keeing use certified aerospace grade 3Al – 2.5V Titanium seamless tubes that are hydroformed and double butted to achieve specific mechanical properties.

It’s not just about working for today, it’s also about planning and building for the future. We know that there is no future for our craft if the traditional skills are not passed to a new generation who will carry the torch in the future.

TESTING

Testing is one of the most important stages during production and process before shipment, all our frames meet the standards EN and ISO.
